Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, order value, and destination.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via your Yahalacostech account dashboard.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
Yahalacostech is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept, or failure to pick up from the courier, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and either resend your order or issue a refund.
